Privacy policy

This policy explains what Tandem Growth collects through tandemgrowth.co, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (an audit request, the checklist, or a contact form), we collect what you enter:

• Your name and email address
• Your store or website URL
• The channel you're asking about, your approximate annual revenue, and any message you write

If you don't fill out a form, we don't collect anything about you personally. This site doesn't run advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

How we use it

• To reply to you and run the audit or call you asked for
• To send you the checklist or other material you requested
• To follow up about working together, which you can ask us to stop at any time

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business:

• Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.
• Slack is where form submissions are delivered to our team.
• Calendly handles call booking. If you book a call, Calendly collects your booking details under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as they're useful for talking with you or working together. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email arthur@tandemgrowth.co and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
